No. It answers only from the knowledge base built from your campaign, which you can edit line by line. When it doesn't know, it says so.
Yes. Re-import your campaign with one click, edit any knowledge section, or paste new details. Pro and Max can also add extra pages like your website or updates.
Keep the page live for late pledges and pre-orders, or cancel the plan from your dashboard. Billing is monthly per campaign, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
